Negan has to enlist the help of his lieutenants in solving a huge issue facing the Sanctuary; Rick and the group continue to enact the plan.

That said, I am always down for more Negan. He's such a good actor and character and there is so much depth to him.

Wasn't this the same plot for Ep 06?

They all continued to enact the plan?

I guess except for Darryl and his sidekick and Michone and her sidekick who all went off plan just last week.

Exactly. Not only is the plan all over the place, and hasn't been explained well at all, half the main characters on the show have decided to deviate from it anyway.

This show I still like, but they are just being lazy at this point. Meaning it's the same formula over and over, and too much build up with not good enough reward.

They should mix it up, have Negan and saviors win. Then make them the main protagonists who fight new threats.

Or, find a cure that helps the group actually build America back to normal pre-apocalypse

Is starting the thread on Thursday morning some new strategy to get it over 6 pages this week?

I'm in. Screw the haters.

Is this the mid season finale? I don't see an 0808 description.

Went and looked up the ratings for each episode on IMDB. For past seasons, each episode usually hovered around 8.0 - 8.5, with a few of the exceptional episodes being over 9.0. I think the lowest rated episodes was the Tara episode and the Negan episode with the cliffhanger ending.

This season, all of the episodes have ranged from 6.6 - 7.1, with one episode getting a 7.8.

Not sure what AMC is doing here with this obvious cash cow, but they need to seriously look at the writing and story direction, and make some big changes.

A lot of chord cutters don't have AMC anymore. I actually attribute this to being part of why the NFL is suffering.

I bet the illegal streams are up.
