So I was browsing through the history on here to see if this movie came up for discussion. I saw where there was a talk about if horror movies actually scare spooky film vet's, and while. I thought about chiming in there, I figured this one deserves it's own thread.
Jesse Metcalfe and Erika Christensen's son is abducted and murdered by an old creep, and they get their hands on him, to make him properly pay for what he's done. It's cringeworthy in the sheer brutality of what you're watching, but in the good way. It definitely exercises the 'What would you do?" muscle.
It's on Netflix right now.
I swear to God, I don't understand how great movies like this go under the radar. This was better than 90% of the movies I've seen in the theater thus year.

No thanks. I very much believe in law and order and this sort of sick shite is disgusting.

Not a bad film. Well-acted. Despite the horrors they put the guy through, you got the sense that they were not bad people. Their grief just drove them to do a very bad thing. The twist at the end was a pretty damn good one.

So I'm guessing you don't watch any of the Batman movies or Captain America Civil War? It's just a movie- not a moral referendum.
