The former manager who had no legs seemed like the most level headed and reasonable.
I thought the campaign manager was alright, too. He seemed to be the only one completely aware of the absurdity around him.
It's tough to come up with enough words to appropriately describe the craziness though. If any docuseries deserves a sequel so to speak, this is it. Some of these other people are going down eventually, and I want to watch.
Hell, I want to see more about Carol's missing husband. She seems guilty as hell, but it felt like they just scratched the surface of everything going on with that guy.

About to start episode 3. Not as blown away as others here are. My SO watched it and she kept saying how crazy it was.
Don't get me wrong, it's crazy, I guess I was just expecting more. But I am only two episodes in.

It’s crazy that a manager of a Wal Mart in a small town in Oklahoma is the most normal person by a country mile.

Watched and enjoyed this. So many comments but will just post a few.
1.Do not understand how people could volunteer to work 60 to 70 hour weeks for Carol for no pay. This is a crock and probably has more to do with liability in case if accident. Those people are getting compensated for their time and getting something more out of the arrangement.
2. People in Oklahoma should be terrified. They were like 3 or 4 missed tiger feedings due to meth binge away from 100s of hungry tigers escaping and kiling the entire population.

Doc Antle has jerked off to a picture of himself. No doubt in my mind.

Got a lot of respect for Doc. That’s some quality trim he pulled.
I was weary of the doc bc it was 7 episodes but if they dug more into Doc this thing could’ve been 14 episodes

There seems to be a high number of crazy big cat people and a very small number of actual places those people can work with those Big Cats
So you end up having these cult like sweatshop places and people get indoctrined
These guys are every bit as shady as any other cult leader. They prey on the weak/vulnerable and young and create an atmosphere that that person cannot go anywhere else and survive.
Joe used drugs and people out of jail with no other prospects
Doc used young women under 20 with no direction or money
Carole used people looking for a cause

Sounded like he was a developer/real estate guy.
Also he made a lot of money for us and for the white trash in this show (5-20 mil) but it wasn’t like this guy was a Bill gates type rich
I’d be more curious how Joe and his parent got rich

You know Carole was always crazy whenever she was an attractive woman already and then decided to frick a 40 year old the first night she met him. Her first husband was probably glad to get that crazy bitch out of his life

seems like all these folks could easily be busted on labor laws. What they were doing to the people working at these places was the greatest offense.

She did the reasonable thing and rode around with a gun drawn on him first though.

Ah yes how could I forget that. Also seems that if a woman pulled a gun on me my first thought wouldn’t be to plow her

To be fair he offered her the gun to point at him
