Wrath of the Dragon was pretty bad. Too much Gayaman, and the fight scenes were very meh. Like you said Mystic Gohan, Vegeta, and SSJ3 Gotenks got dealt with. Then Goku and Gohan discovered that Hirudegarn had a weakness. Hirudegarn obviously never heard the saying, "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me."
On the other hand, the movie had some pretty neat history.

It's entertaining for a short while, until you realize how bad the fighting mechanics are. Still worth a $10 price tag.

Tien didn't get much time in battle to use many special abilities or attacks. That Tri Beam in his moment of glory though...

During the Anime Japan expo a special Dragon Ball Z booth was displayed showcasing promotional for Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Z and and the new movie Battle of Gods. There was a special map displayed that showed the countries who currently have licensed the new movie for distribution, and the United States is one of them! Check out that map below along with several other photos from that convention.
