I, and most of the board it seems like, really liked the 3rd episode which featured solely on the preacher. The two episodes after were pretty good as well. Next week looks like another character episode, as it looks like it will focus on the preachers sister.

I hated it after the first two but still watched it has gotten better. I don't understand the story behind his son and the Asian but I guess they'll explain later.

I figured some posters would be "haters" due to the mysterious nature if the show, but I too was surprised by the bashing of the first two episodes.

This is the type of show that will take its time so I hope i get to see it all play out myself. The characters are getting better with the exception of the (ex)wife. I dont like the Tom/Christine and holy Wayne angle yet either but its less central right now.

sometimes when you try to make viewers have an emotional reaction to characters doing crazy things, you do it wrong and it's just hilarious. the opening to this episode was that scenario

Haven't watched tonight's episode yet since I killed my brain cells watching True Blood earlier. Only 3 more episodes left of it; I have to finish it.
