Good show... I liked it. Except for the cops taking the ship... They should've done something else there.

Also, I don't think they'll be switching ships due to budget constraints. I'm sure they have loads of stock ship footage they use along with the sets they've built.

They missed a big casting opportunity with the ship going to Baltimore. They should have gotten this guy to be the warlord...

Now that the Captain's wife is dead, I hope they don't go the love triangle route between the captain, Tex, and Rachel. Unfortunately I could very easily see them going that route though.

Just watched and thought the same. They've opened that door with Tex out of the picture for the moment.

A little side story where Avon breaks out of prison when things go to shite with the outbreak would be money.

Who believes a white warlord in Baltimore?

Do we know for sure she (Capt's wife) is dead? I just remember the dad saying she's gone. I haven't been able to re-watch it yet.

Yeah, she's dead. they had their little "cry" session about it. Also if she was still alive she'd be in that arena, and they wouldn't have left without her.

This will happen even though the captain and Dr. Scott have no chemistry together at all.

Anyway, They should've known that Baltimore was one of those too good to be true things and the state troopers and mommy granderson are actually the real war lords, not the guys who were trying to get a shot at her earlier at the docks. And Granderson isn’t merely power mad, she thinks she’s doing the right thing and those are always the most frightening villains. Thorwald and his men are simply trying to stop Granderson's genocide.

Also, prior to boarding the James, the crew should've requested the troopers leave their guns in one place with the security personnel to prevent a seizure and if they refused, that would give them a big arse clue something is wrong in Baltimore and they're dealing with the wrong side.

Like LSU0358 stated earlier in the thread, there's no way that a US Navy ship would allow non-naval personnel onto the ship without giving up their weapons. Not to mention the fact that the ship housed the only reproducible stock of a world wide plague vaccine/cure.

But I guess they had to figure out someway to put the ship and cure in danger. I think it was a weak way to go about it though. But I can let it slide since it was still a pretty entertaining episode and show overall.

And Wishnitwas1998, you need to find it on On Demand or stream it. It was pretty good overall. Hopefully the episode wasn't ruined for you with all of the spoilers.
