The funniest TV series for each decade

1970's- All in the Family
1980's- Cheers
1990's- Seinfeld
2000's- South Park
2010's- Modern Family
I only posted these decades, since I don't have much exposure or memory of prior ones. I started thinking about this the other day as I have been watching Modern Family. I don't know how I have missed this show for so long, but damn it is funny! I began running through my head what other shows top this one for me, and I can only think of Seinfeld and South Park.
What say you?

2000's- South Park
2010's- Modern Family

I did love WKRP as a kid. I forgot all about that one until you posted it. Still, I prefer AITF, but that's an excellent call.

I'm one of the few people my age who has ever even seen an episode of frasier, much less really enjoy it as I do.
With that said no way it's the funniest show of the 90s, it's Seinfeld and there really isn't a whole lot of debate IMO. Frasier, while again I personally am a fan, just doesn't have the appeal. It has an extremely targeted audience and probably won't hold up that well over time.
Now, we should clarify here are we talking about our personal favorites per decade or what we would include on a general list talking about the public at large?

I would not give it to Modern Family. I would vote Community or Archer over Modern Family. Seinfeld had some competition in the 90's, but they are the GOAT.

2010s is tough for me. I think Louie is the funniest show on TV when it tries to be funny, which isn't all that often.
