The Force Awakens Deleted Scenes

I followed the spoilers throughout and one of the scenes that did not make the cut involved Kylo Ren boarding the Falcon on Starkiller Base and "having a moment" in the captain's seat. Another involved a flashback of Luke training his pupils. This guy was the actor cast. I don't know if he was just a stand-in and or if they were going to use Hamill and de-age him like they did Michael Douglas in Ant-Man or what. Anyone know of anything else filmed but not used?
