Sorry if this is germans, but, I just turned this on and found out it's set in Louisiana. Any of you guys know where it's set.

Sounds about right. The show is oddly entertaining. Kind of like Dog the Bounty Hunter with animals.

Yeah, shows like this just need to stick with the work and not try and add any drama in that isn't needed. If they just stick with the whole pest control thing, they might get 2-3 seasons out of it. Which is about what someone could reasonably expect.
Dirty Jobs is the best "work" reality show out there. Mythbusters is good also. They just stick with the stuff and don't add drama. Thats my only beef with Home Makeover, is that they try too hard to add drama and tension to the show. Something the Vexcon guys should think about.
