What does everybody think? First episode was long, gave the ´backdrop´. Is it a good series?

I enjoyed it. There's a lot about Churchill, which I liked. They leave the end open for another season. Definitely worth the watch.

It is allright. It is riding the fence heavily on deciding if it wants to be history or entertainment. It has reached both a few times for me in the season, but not enough.

John lithgow was a terrible choice for Winston Churchill. Incredible forced and a god awful fake accent. Stopped watching after episode 7 bc it is very redundant.

Finished it today. Enjoyed it for the most part. Not sure historically how accurate it was, and why the hell its rated TV-MA
