Anyone else watch this after the Challenge comes on? It's been pretty interesting. Rooting for team MCCody!

i think this show is amazing for some reason. hoping they figure out some of the rules and shite for a second season to make it even better.

I've watched it every week so far and find it pretty entertaining. Has been better than the Challenge since it's something new and I find it's easy to root for team MaCody and against the 'campers'.
SPOILERS AFTER HERE: I think they could definitely improve though if they bring it into another season. Don't let contestants destroy prize money; don't give temptations in the second half of the game, people should be thriving/struggling at this point and not get bailed out by this random selection process. Reading some of Cody's tweets and AMA on reddit, there's definitely a good bit of producer intervention going on for what can be done and what can't.

I see the first 30 seconds or so every week of this show at the end of th challenge but I keep forgetting to record it.
I just know there's one guy who looks like I'd root for him because he has such contempt for the pussies that are on the show.
Amazingly, MTV has more show son right now that I watch or want to watch than any other network. The Challenge this show, and The new AYTO:Second Chances reality show is really good.

The show is making me mad though because Alex and Gina are acting like they weren't bullies for the first several weeks. Also I don't think they should allow people to go through others things like when Alex and their team ate Cody's peanut butter.

Ha! I've randomly skimmed this board each week looking for a thread and intended to start one. The overriding unintended theme of this show is that "karma sucks". The 'campers' were the most horrible, self-righteous humans in existence and delusionally convinced themselves they were the good guys. How Cody didn't take the machete to their tent in week 1 is the greatest show of self-restraint ever displayed all-time. Just wow. That tent would have been hacked to pieces or burned or tossed in the ocean if I was him. The tides have FINALLY turned and its been an oh-so-sweet couple of weeks...

I really enjoy the show, I definitely think they can make it better with a few minor tweaks.
Anyone else get the feeling that there is a lot of behind the scenes stuff going on? It just seems like they are all doing way better than they should be... they just never seem that miserable which makes me think they are being given stuff we don't see

Thanks... I read his comments, I agree the show would be better with less temptations. Or at the very least they need to make them more consequential.

Started this show a few weeks back so missed all of the early drama. Would someone care to fill me in on what exactly went down on how the others screwed team McCody?
Also agree with above, show could be much better with some tweaks. Hope they bring it back for another season.

I watched the first few episodes but fell off and watching again. The way they did the temptations thing and allowing the weak links to blow group prize money to help stay in the challenge really sucks.

Well for several episodes Cody, Wakani and 1 other guy were a group of 3. Alex in his group had 4 other people so they were in control. Alex's group bought ONE tent and wouldn't allow team Cody to use it so they were out in the cold/rain/etc...Also team Alex would buy pizzas, carrots and stuff and wouldn't let team Cody eat any. Now that Cody has the control Alex and Gina are all butthurt calling them bullies.
