I haven't watched it in a couple years so I'm not sure. Probably one of the freak of the week episodes in the first 2 seasons.
Maybe one of the bad Lana episodes.
That reminds me. Who the hell cleans their house in high heels? I think that's so funny when Lana answers the door at her apartment with rubber gloves on all dressed up. Damn CW, they still do dumb shite like that in the shows on now.

Lana as witch was horrible but when all three (Lana, Chloe, and Lois) were witches it was sexy hot.

That was harvest, but the payoff was the end of the episode Clark tapped that.
