The Rebels' tale is becoming aligned into the overall SW story arc it seems. Looks great - this show is growing up.

Someone claimed that the portion with Mon Mothma in the Ghost has Cassian Andor to her right (left on screen).

If Filoni gets what he wants (The Battle of Scarif from the perspective of the Ghost Crew), you may have the entire cast of Rogue One voicing their characters.

Looks really good. The show in season 1 started off pretty slow but it's really picked up.

Probably the biggest thing I'm excited to see is the on screen creation of the Rebel Alliance.

Maul vs Kenobi in that last scene looked like it could be pretty epic.

Clone wars took a lot of the uniqueness out of Star Wars and while rebels honors that continuity it's a really good show

I just hate that everyone on the boba fett's world are essentially boba fett

Holy shite that looked amazing

Maul vs Kenobi

I am guess Grand Admiral Thrawn doesn't make it to the Rogue One timeline since he made no appearance in it.

Boba Fett isn't Mandalorian. Neither was Jango.

Im sure ill get hate, but that show looks terrible. Im not talking about it looks like it sucks. I mean its appearance. The animation is straight poo.

The animation style takes some getting used to. It's more similar to clone wars than it is to traditional animation.

If they stick with the premise, Thrawn was never a central figure in the Empire because the Empire didn't like non-humans. So Thrawn could've been elsewhere

Thrawn could have been the one leading the Imperial Fleet in the Battle of Jakku.

We've still never seen anything about that campaign other than in print (Book) form, but we know that the Galactic Civil War didn't end until 4 years AFTER the Emperor was killed.

Based on what?

Maybe Boba since he was technically a clone. But what about Jango?

Jango Fett was from a people related to mandalorians and was adopted by mandalorians, I believe.

I hope they finally show Kenobi as a powerful Jedi. I get tires of Jedi just barely beating Sith. It is like every Sith can take on 2 Jedi without a problem. Would be nice to see the script flipped and Maul bite off more than he can chew.

This is written in Lost Stars... Thrawn is not mentioned, but that doesn't mean he isn't on a different ship.

you mean Jango right? Because regardless to whats written in the EU, Boba is jango's clone according to Ep II which is canon.
