it was 2 on 1 and maul won the fight against the man who dismembered Vader.

The old Ben cheated with a sucker-slice.

Does anyone know when the rebels series ends?

I binge watched all 6 seasons of the Clone Wars series in one fell swoop it was the shite to watch and I couldn't stop. The last 3 seasons of it was amazing to watch, especially with Yoda learning the ways of the force on those planets including the Sith Homeworld.

I want to do the same with the rebels series and get a full picture of the years between ROTS and ANH.

Not sure but there's at least one more season after this one.

Everyone seems to think season 4 will be the last one. Dave Filoni stepped aside as director of Rebels to take a position to oversee all of Lucasilm's animation projects. Rumor has it they are already preparing for the next SW animated show which is supposedly going to bet set post RoTJ.

Completely ridiculous that he survived. I consider this fan-fiction but I'm still looking forward to it. The new voice actor is much better than the Clone Wars actor who made Obi-Wan pompous and arrogant sounding.

Well the Obi-Wan vs Maul fight has been uploaded to youtube already. The whole episode appears to be fan service. Won't go into details but they really over hyped the rematch IMO. The best thing honestly was the last scene.

Darth Maul surviving and Jon Snow coming back from the dead are two of the most retarded walk backs in cinematic history.

I disagree. Maul has provided many interesting story lines. It has been fun watching his character develop from when Savage first found him, to seeking revenge on both the Sith and Jedi. Its fun having a third party like Maul, the night sisters and Ventress.

I at first hated that Maul came back, but ended up loving the stories lines with him. As for the battle between Obi Wan and Maul, I initially hated it, but I'm slowly liking it more and more, especially with all the parallels with their first fight, and Obi Wan adopting Qui Gon's fighting style, and Maul using the same move he used to kill Qui Gon.

Maul surviving was explained in season 4 of clone wars.

Same as Anakin surviving 5th degree burns and no arms or legs.

Dude, this episode was freakin' awesome. I wasn't expecting much of a fight at all - Obi-wan is waaaay more experienced.

The ending gave me chill bumps. Great, great episode.

Like I posted in the other thread, Obi-Wan first posed in his own "go to" stance, and then swaps out to Qui-Gon's stance. The stares back and forth are where the real fight actually takes place. Maul falls for Obi-Wan's bait, and attacks him like he attacked Qui-Gon. This was exactly what Obi-Wan wanted, because he had the perfect counter planned out. I thought the fight was pretty well done considering how much thought went into Qui-Gon's fight with Maul. And it's not like they could have an old Obi-Wan flipping around like Yoda, only to have him fight Vader like he does in A New Hope.
