spoilers! Help me find title of short sci-fi film pre- INTERSTELLAR

This short was on one of the major premium movie channels (shotime, cinemax, HBO) in last 5 or 6 years...maybe longer...
was about an astronaut that was leaving his young son to travel at speed of light for a few-year long mission, that he would return when the son was adult...he predicted they would be the same age when the Dad returned...but of course, the son was dying of old age when father returned, cuz they miscalculated theory of relativity.
Short movie was like 12-15 mins long. May have been on the maxbeyond channel or even sci-fi network...
anybody ring any bells? one word title, I think?
