Outside of the Big 7...
If you want to go for something a little different, Zatanna might be fun.
Might be able to work in a little humor, some cool effects... plus she would be easy on the eyes!

Sentrius, you see that 2009 Wonder Woman animated film? If you haven't, I recommend it. It's really good.

It's on the to do list that's for sure. I want to get a physical blu-ray copy of it so it's on order right now.
BTW, I have a fanfic series recomendation to make to you, from one comic book fan to another.
It's a crossover series between Marvel and DC Comics with Superman as the centerpiece and it's pretty well done, it's the best comic book fanfiction I've ever read, there's actually a pretty surprising twist regarding the circumstances about Krypton's death. Each chapter takes at least an hour to read.

Just kinda breezed through the thread, but want to reply to a few things I saw:
Sandman is in the works. Can't remember where I saw it, or if it was going to be a series on TV, but it is coming.
John Constantine will be in JLD.
Swamp Thing would be really nice, but I think WB would really have to push this one for the casual movie goer.

Booster Gold would be my go-to.
Also Supergirl done right could be great, but that would obviously have to involve Superman himself.
