Legally, none that I'm aware of.
You can try torrents or use on demand if you have it.
If all else fails, you're going to have wait until they do some reruns.
In the meantime, set your DVR to record every new episode.

Torrents. Privatize vpn while downloading. I got rid of starz so this is how I can watch it. Also using ps3 media center to stream to my tv from the computer. Works great

Wow, what a fricking brutal episode that was.
Caesar being his own Trojan horse. It's bold, but I thought Caesar was a celebrity and he was well known so why wouldn't somebody recognize him.
This episode reminded me of how fricking barbaric this time period was. Human Life wasn't valued very much in those times. You could see that clearly with Crassus's punishment called decimation. That was hard to watch. Tiberius literally had to beat his best friend to death with a stick or suffer the same punishment. :shudder:
Spartacus and his rebels fight a good cause but this episode showed that some of these freed slaves are still base animals. Particularly Nemetes, I think he's only in it because he has nowhere to go and wants to build something for him far away.
I think Spartacus is starting to lose control over his army. He has to get it fixed quick otherwise their cause is damaged beyond repair. That's what Caesar is trying to do. Which is break morale apart and plant a few seeds of doubt amongst his army.
Brutal but good episode.

Caesar is the ultimate warrior. Willing to kill even his own men to advance the cause. I thought he did a superb job, fitting in well with the butchers yet when in private or with the Roman woman, you could feel his anguish or revulsion at what he saw. Needs to tone it down a little because ssomeone is going to notice he is a rabble rouser and since he arrived, they've been at each other's throats.
Decimation. French did it in WWI as well. Crassus had to do it. No choice. Also set an example making his son take his chances. Best thing he could do for that kid. Treat him like a soldier dude.
You're already seeing why they are going to lose. You see Crassus. Organized. Steel resolve with clear head. Proper Roman camp. No surprises. Acting as a proper Roman general should. Then there are the slaves. Lurching from one crisis to the next. No plan. Little organization. Discipline getting worse. Not even basic concepts such as patrols are used. Seems they are always getting surprised and someone screams "Romans".

Yeah, I agree with you. They are not disciplined at all. Spartacus is doing the best he can but he needs generals that has a military mind like him. All he has is an army of people who only knew about being under the heel of people and only knew how to put up a good fight in an arena. They know how to fight battles but they do not know how to play the long game to win a war.
I mean look at Agron and Crixus, they're too quick tempered and blood thirsty to be a general and Spartacus still accepts them as one given his options.

Discipline wins over passion every time. This exact concept is explored in Song of Fire and Ice.
Why emotion only gets you so far in a football game, then skill/game plan/execution takes over.

Truth.
You can see that with the rebels in how they have not kep the city clean at all and not making sure everything and everyone is in the right place. They all look and act uncivilized. Hell even Spartacus's villa is a little unkempt.
BTW, I'm still looking back at the decimation. That was some barbaric shite right there. So barbaric, it's a reason why the Roman empire was so powerful.

Just got caught up on this thread. The question of why the slave girl was cutting Caesar has now been answered. He needed it to look like he cut off his slave mark to maintain his cover.

Haha, first time posting on this thread and was gonna say the same.
Agree with others about Crassus, great actor and not a douche like Glabber. Batiatus was awesome in his own way. I really liked the first season, it was like nothing I had ever seen on series TV. Porn, violence, and awesome language! 2 was pretty damn good too, Gannicus is the man. 3 took me a while to actually get into new Spartacus, but that last episode in 3 had EVERYTHING you could ever ask for in 1 show!
So far, this season is great. Naevia is aggravating as frick though. Mira is definitely missed. Ceasar is cool and sneaky as hell. shite got real tonight. Sadly, the beginning of the end...
eta: Oh yeah, and Gannicus' chicks arse was phenomenal
