Smallville: Was Lana actually pregnant?

Watching it originally I always thought she was pregnant but Lex had the doctor fricking with her as an experiment. Then after they got married he did something to her to make her lose the baby.

Chloe really started to look better when she become Watchtower. The episode that her and Oliver had the dinner reservation as Mr. and Mrs. Jones was when she looked best IMO.

The teacher from the heat vision episode in season 2 made Lana look pedestrian. She started my hot teacher fixation.
