Rotten Tomatoes 97%

I saw this movie last night during the Baton Rouge Irish Film Festival.

It's truly one of best film experiences I've had, well... Ever.

It's set in a small town in Ireland in 1985 and tells the story of a high school loaner who starts a band to help woo a girl.

If you like the 80s. If you like music. If you like to laugh. If you remember how young love can terrorize your soul. You'll love this movie.

My Cheeks hurt by the end of it I was grinning so much.

I saw it twice earlier this year at The Robinson Film Center in Shreveport.
Awesome film, loved the actors, story and the music.
Loved how the bands "look" changed due to the albums they listened too.

Also made me smile when they reached out to the bully and turned his world around.
