He's such a douchebag. He was in this show on Showtime called Episodes as well and he was sort of the same idiot type "genius" rich guy. I actually get annoyed by his character.

Finally caught up on the last two yesterday afternoon, and holy shite were they awesome. This last one with the SWOT and all that may be the best episode of the series (might be better than the jackoff middle-out finale from S1).
I found myself watching both episodes with a stupid grin on my face the whole time...like I was almost in a constant state of laughter.
I got home yesterday afternoon and had SV and GoT to watch, and I immediately went to SV. Ended up watching GoT later around dinner time.
This show is really hitting its stride. I hope it's on the air for a long time.

Yeah I didn't get to watch the episodes until last night and I immediatley put on SV first. My wife was pretty shocked.
But this show is great. I need these guys to start getting some wins though.

I feel like they will win this adult video contract and save themselves. It will be interesting if the "hack" gets them in any trouble.
I'll be honest though, I'm ready for the Hooli vs Pied Piper lawsuit thing to just run its course. How long can they hold it over the heads of Pied Piper? Especially now that Hooli has to realize they are screwing themselves with Nucleus with Bag Head in charge.

I agree. As good as finale last year was I think the swot was better. Right when it was brought up early in the episode I said oh man this is gonna come back somehow

It's like every other line was straight up hilarious.
And the best thing about it was that the annoying Peter Gregory-impression woman wasn't on either of the episodes.

Good point. I just realized that confirming that I didn't miss her at all. Last season, Peter Gregory was one of the reasons I watched, whereas I didn't even notice that she hasn't been on the show in 2 weeks.

Yeah, that whole situation sucks. I can't imagine how much it sucks for the people on the show.
I was worried that the show would suffer because of Welch's death, and I think it did early on in S2. But it has really picked up, and these last two episodes are two of the best of the series.
Also shoutout to Jared as a very underrated character. I think someone said a couple pages back how funny he is. They're right on...almost everything that he does or says is awesome.

episode 7 and 8 of season 1 was my favorite hour of television ever, but the last two episodes have given them a run for their money. I think I still like the tech crunch better but just barely. I'll never get over the physics of jerking off a room of men.

This season has been great. The last episode Gilfoyle was pure awesomeness. Between he and Dinesh I am constantly laughing. I hope they smoke the End Game guys and buy out Russ so we can be done with that character.

Am I the only one who thought the reaction of Gavin to the game-changing idea from Bag head was hilarious? As if they'd actually be able to build a thought reading piece of hardware and software.

What I liked was that Gilfoyle was actually trying to help out Dinesh for a change. It's fun to see them frick with each other, but it was nice to see that they are actually friends and he was helping Dinesh try to get laid (or at least analyzing ways for him to get laid).
And then as soon as it all backfired and Dinesh matched with a new chick, Golfoyle was back to fricking with him once Elrich was banging her.

The payoff for Gilfoyle "helping" Dinesh is always to set him up for bigger and bigger fails to ridicule him over. They are the Beavis and Butthead of the crew.

This episode was great. SV is really hitting its stride now. Ready for PP to get a few wins.
Gilfoyle is awesome. Jared is nailing it too. I love how they don't overdo it with the characters. We're getting the right amount of each one. They could easily overdo it and shove Erlich or Gilfoyle down our throats.

Just binge watched this show over the holiday... Started off slow but now I'm hooked
