Puerto Rican Day Parade is serious business.

I'll let y'all click for the photos of the women's asses, if you want to.

Organizers of the Puerto Rican Day Parade are demanding a frontpage apology from the Daily News after the tabloid ran a shot of two half-naked women with the words “Borricua” and “Pto Rico” painted on their rearends.
The Daily News, a co-sponsor of the parade, ran the racy photo on page 8 Monday with the headline “Rear view on Parade.”
"The continuous misrepresentation, inaccurate information, and lack of dignified coverage has taken us back to the 1950s and promotes discrimination, prejudice, misogyny and hatred," according to an open letter put out by the organization.

A rarity to catch that episode in syndication.

Damn, those girls have been on the mainland too long. The asses in Puerto Rico were much better when I was there.

That was part of the indignation; the spokes-hombre said the big bottomed girls weren't even Puerta Rican.

WHO? Who doesn't want to wear the ribbon?

I think Larry David and Seinfeld agreed to cut that episode from all syndication runs. I believe the only way to see it is with the DVD box sets.
I'm a Seinfeld fanatic who can almost quote the series verbatim and I've never seen it.

I've only seen it on JustinTV (R.I.P.).
It's a shame, because the scene where Jerry, George and Kramer's aliases meet is gold, gold I tell ya.

It's rarely on in syndication but I've watched it on TBS within the last year.Don't think Larry could've made any decision on that episode cause he was gone for it.

I think it is a bit of myth about airing the show.
I think initially they balked at reruns but I've seen it numerous times over the years on repeats.
Of course it is hard to catch a random episode when there are almost 200 episodes.
Although, given the current pansy arse climate, I could see them banning the episode again.

Wikipedia says NBC pulled it from reruns and it was initially held from syndication.
All to placate hot headed, temperamental Puerto Ricans protesting at the NBC building - in no way similar to the stereotype portrayed in the episode. And the news. And everywhere else.

The scenes with Pennypacker, Vandelay, and Varnsen are hilarious in this episode.

how do you live with yourself? Not beign mean here, but I'm a fanatic like you and if there was only ONE episode I hadn't seen it'd eat away at me until I saw it. I couldn't stand knowing there was an episode out there I hadn't watched. Can you not find it on a streaming site online somewhere?
I think I recall I've seen it in syndication ONCE, but that was years ago. I've probably seen it 3 times total, which is obviously far less than I've seen all the others. It's definitely a good one. In one scene we get Kel Varnson, H.E.Pennypacker, and Art Vandelay all in the same room!

surely one of those TV streaming sites has it. I believe it's the 2nd to last or 3rd to last episode of the series.
