Nobody was manning the controls at Lafayette's FOX network. The whole half hour New Girl was supposed to be on was lawyer commercials and a promo repeating itself reminding you to watch Modern Family and 2 Broke Girls tonight.

Really need to catch up to this show. Lost track a couple seasons ago when Nick and and Jess broke up (don't think that's why I stopped watching, just that's the last thing I remember watching)

At first I wasn't a Winston fan (talking about The Bish...not Schmidt). The last few seasons he's come on STRONG though. I love his character. It's honestly hard to pick a favorite. I'm a little bummed that Megan Fox won't be on any longer though.

Zoey keeps getting pregnant so tit seems like they are rushing the shite out of writing. They are trying wayyy too hard with Jess and Nick to be funny. Winston, Schmidt and Fergeson are the only redeeming characters. Fiance and I caught up on the last 3 last night and we shut if off on the last one.

Winston started off great. Then his character had a lull when Coach was around. Both characters filled the same comedic space. This cause the writers to take Winston to sad and dark places. Once Coach left, the Winston that we all knew from before was back and he was better than ever.

Dear God i dont even understand it this go round. I'll admit the "will they/wont they" trope worked the first time around. But it hasnt even been set up this time. Nick really hasnt showed any interest in Jess at all since they broke up . The show is just going to force her on him.
