Rumor: MCU could reboot to conclusion of End Game to save franchise

This has apparently been a rumored "pull in case of emergency" backup plan since 2022, according to Doomcock and his "spies."
And yes take this all with a grain of salt, but it is a fascinating ret-con.
Bur now, with an IP that is faltering, casting chaos with Majors and Namor, and now the writers (and probably actors) strike, this could be when this plan is actually deployed.
Cliffs:
There were 2 snaps in End Game... One by Hulk and one by Stark.
The Hulk snap is actually what we have been watching over phase 4 and 5.
Itvis female heavy because Hulk was thinking so much about Black Widow when he snapped, it distorted the MCU landscape of heroes to mostly female.
Basically phase 4 and 5 were all an alternate time line a la the "it was all a dream" retcon they pulled on Dallas 35 yrs ago.
The Stark snap is where the new time-line would pickup.
Stark is actually still alive. So is Capt America and so is everyone else (aka the core original Avengers that made MCU/Disney billions).

I like Doomcock, and he smartly follows me on Twitter , but there's no way they do this. Disney/Marvel is totally incapable of admitting defeat, and if they did this every activist group that they've been attempting to cater to would go berserk.

Ha! Sure whatever. Will never happen but it’s a fun theory.

Interesting...especially considering what I think is the biggest plot hole in the entirety of the MCU; which happens in between the two snaps.
Taking us back to when they all use the finite amount of Pim Particles to go back to the past timeline and acquire the stones. Much was made about how the team only had enough stones for 2 each, one to go back in time and the other to return to the present. When Nebula and War Machine acquire the stone and start to head to the present, war machine makes it, but nebula spaz's out ultimately her last Pim Particles are used by past nebula to get to the present.
If there was only one vial of Pim Particles left, how did Thanos get back with his army?

I soubt they’re reset.
The most crucial thing going forward is nailing FF and X-Men and keeping a working relationship with Sony on Spider-man.
I dont think you need to completely reset to move on from the multiverse mess or Namor or Kang.
I think Bob Iser hit the mail in the head,
maybe Ant-Man doesn’t need 4 movies.

What chaos did I miss here?

If Disney won't fix Star Wars and its abysmal Sequel trilogy nonsense, why would they fix the MCU which is infinitely more successful over the same time period?

Honestly- think back 15-20 years. Would anyone believe that Disney would buy Star Wars, Marvel, Indiana Jones...all of that incredible IP- and utterly ruin everything? It's mind-boggling. You would think they'd have to really try to tear it all down like they have.

They likely reverse engineered the single vial to make more.

TBF, that was damaged well before Disney came in. It's star wars that they've completely destroyed.

1. Disney bought Marvel in 2009. that’s fricking dumb
2. Crystal Skull was pre-disney. Did that not ruin Indiana Jones?
3. the sequel trilogy sucked, but the Mandolorian and Andor are the best things to come out of the IP in a long time.

They just need to bring back Chris Evans, but as the human torch, not Captain America

Then why couldn't Tony Stark, et al?
ETA: Plus, if Thanos recreated Pym Particles, what's the point of going to that present timeline? He can traverse time and space to collect infinity stones will little to no resistance

The plot hole thing annoys me because it was such a simple thing to fix. Just show a 5 second scene of Thanos snatching Black Widow's from her dead body.
Brings up another issue in that, how does Hawkeye not go grab her particles to ensure they don't fall into someone else's hands. But that annoys me less than one that makes the ending seem impossible

We really gonna pretend Thanos and Earth are on equal technological footings?

They referenced Starks death and the defeat of Thanos in Spider Man No Way Home, so this doesn’t make any sense.
