I'm pretty amazed at how they turned Rick into a really sympathetic character. That ending montage of him being lost in himself, just going through the motions of life after completing a quest he has dedicated his entire existence to was so real. That episode was a masterclass in storytelling.

RIP Slow Mobius. We hardly knew you.

Really love the way they brought evil morty into this one and set him up as the ultimate big bad - only his vice is simply that he wants to be left alone while we know Rick won’t be able to live with knowing there’s someone out there on his level or better.

Did they really explain how a regular old jagoff morty was able to create the eyepatch tech that made him on par with a Rick?

Evil Morty is clearly pretty advanced and not a regular version. With the way he handled Prime Rick, I think we can establish Evil Morty as the most powerful character that we know of in the series.

He’s the Rickest Morty, while our C137 protagonists are the Rickest Rick and Mortiest Morty.

Also liked the distinction that ONLY our Rick and Prime Rick actually created their own portal tech. It makes way more sense now why most other Ricks seem inferior and are afraid of ours.

That was another really good episode last night. It was a lot like the Morty's mind blowers one but with more going on.

RIP big doug.

That’s a Harmon staple.

He loves the idea of a clip show showing clips of things that never happened. Did a Community episode like that.

That may have been one of my top 5 episodes. Pure gold with Big Foot and the Pope.

Really solid rebound after the meh Numericons episode. Kind of stoked for the finale; usually ends up being a canon episode but I honestly don’t know what they’ll do or where it’s going

Finale delivered. This season was well above average and gives me confidence that they can keep this thing going without Roiland

I thought this season was fantastic. The heaven episode had me dying laughing. I don't do that very often.

Hole episode really brought it home. Morty being fearing he is replaceable.

I still don't understand 2 Beths but I'm rolling with it.
