Best comedy on TV right now imo (Silicon Valley a close second), animated or not.
Really like what they do with the story structures; every episode has a relatively complex plot (especially for a 22 minute animation), they deal with some heavy sci-fi concepts, and 99% of it is hilarious- with the other 1% being genuine heart.
It's really cool how sneakily the creators went about making all the characters (who, aside from Morty, are just completely selfish)not only likable, but relatable- even Rick somehow.

quote:Yea, Dan Harmon can really make an appealing show. Once you see the next two episodes you will surely . They are both that good.

The last episode I saw was the one with Unity, I can't even fathom how Harmon pumps out his stories, going back to COmmunity. Just complete off-the-wall creativity.

Since everyone is apparently torrenting and dropping spoilers, I'm out this thread for the season. That's a bummer.

Fart.
Jemaine is not in nearly enough stuff. Hes been great in everything he's done so far from commercials to movies.

Great episode.
Loved the idea of the Roy arcade game.
Love the contrast between how Morty played it and how Rick played it. He went off the grid and the crowd gathered.
And, man. How many sexual objects can I count in these episodes? They seem endless.

None of the so-called "spoilers" being dropped thus far make any sense whatsoever out of context, so I'm not sure how they spoil anything- mentioning the name of a new character isn't a spoiler since you can assume 2-3 new one-off characters will be introduced every episode.

My favorite part was guessing who voiced Fart. I thought it was Keith David . This episode revived my interest in FoC.

So, Morty is basically turning into the Morty from the Season 1 finale.
He's being introduced to constant life shattering trauma and is slowly getting mroe and more corrupted.
Dark implications are imbedded here...
