Has there ever been a show that was cast better?
I'm in season 3 and I don't love the Shaw episodes, but can't get enough of Sarah and Chuck's chemistry.

One of my top 5 shows of all time.
Season 4 Episode 13 "Chuck vs The Push Mix" is the best episode of the series. It was supposed to be the series finale but they kept extending it. I hated the final episode. Chuck has no reason to live at that point. Everyone had a happy ending but him.

Casey makes some of the Buy More stupidity that's included in the show watchable with his disapproving facial expressions and grunts.

It seemed like they used the Buy More hijinks to serve as a time filler. On rewatch I find myself wanting them to get back to the team.

The main three were cast perfectly.
Amazingly the secondary actors were also great for what they were called on to do.
I think the show sort of hung in the air more then it should with the are we cancelled or not vibe but it was a very solid show.

I'll say that Firefly was cast nearly as well. The others you listed were good but don't match up imho.

What're you watching it on? They took it off of Netflix 
And yes, the acting is great. The chemistry between Levi & Gomez (Morgan) really makes it seem like they've been best friends their whole lives

Chuck gets my vote for most underrated show of all time.
It's hard to find a more complete one. The supporting cast is amazing.

They're all perfect for their characters and they interact very well in their universe.
Slow down. She's very attractive, but she has jacked up teeth, and she gets routinely out done by guest actresses. Which is a big compliment to the casting director. They have some amazing looking women on that show.
Col. John Casey is possibly my favorite TV character of all time.
