Somewhat off topic, but I didn't realize that Maury was 76 years old. He has to be tired of the same old shite by now!

Just saw one on The Soup. Why, if you are a fat arse woman with a kid, do you throw off your wig and roll on the floor when you find out some piece of crap guy is NOT the father of your kid?

What is the terrible alternative? I want to see that MF on the show.

Maury has been on so long - I can remember when it was very similar to Phil Donahue's format.

Then Jerry Springer came along and upped the ante. Ultimately, even Montel (probably my favorite host of the group) goes wall-to-wall baby daddy shows.

I watch that stuff only out of a morbid sense of curiosity - not for the banal entertainment value of it. At least Springer doesn't pretend he is something he is not.
