Love it and so true. Although minorities are pretty well represented on the show, though my facebook feed was filled with the tolerant left's outcry on the racism of the walking dead.

That is so stupid. Basically just "there can only be one black person, unless of course there's more. In that case we disregard it. But they, like everyone else, ALMOST die so it counts!!"

Sound reasoning? It's about a zombie show where there will be no evidence because the constant death of the black male is something that only the fans joke about. There is no design by the creators to do this.

Thats my whole point. This would be hilarious if it was based on ANYTHING from the show haha. Im not gonna read that infographic again but i think like one time did "X died the same episode Y showed up" happen. Every other time its just "the rule was suspended for a season" or "the rule took a different form and only allowed for one per group" or "Tyrese was wearing the beanie of invincibility which is universally known to fight the black highlander rule".
I just dont see how anyone could watch this show and lend enough credence to this concept to make if funny. Even reading that infographic thats sole purpose was to paint things in the light of this rule didnt make any sense.

I've thought for a long time that there was a black Highlander thing going on with the show, as have others. This isn't anything new at all. It's just a funny take on some things from the show.
And there is definitely evidence of it on the show, just not overwhelming evidence because, well, surely the showrunners aren't killing off black dudes because of some made up highlander rule. But there are definitely circumstances that make people make jokes about it.

It doesn't mean that literally as soon as a black dude shows up the other one dies or they immediately cause it, like the actual Highlander.
