I just finished West Wing and need another show to watch during lunch at my desk.

Have watched Breaking Bad, House of Cards, SOA, currently watching Parenthood with my wife.

Any others worth checking out?

Peaky Blinders if you haven't seen it.

I just started Narcos yesterday and really enjoyed the first episode.

The Sopranos. I haven't seen the entire series, but I definitely want to see it if I ever get the free time.

Are you looking for newer shows or old school ones?

Really either. Something that has a couple of seasons, is on Netflix, has some underlying plot.

Luther, Peaky Blinders, Sherlock

I'm about halfway through Narcos and I really enjoy it. Bloodline is pretty good too, but only has one season out.\ so far. (Same with Narcos)

It's very well cast and well acted. It's not about the plot but about the characters with Peaky Blinders, so you have to give it a bit of time.
