Question about Rosamund Pike in Gone Girl

Was anyone else extremely attracted to her crazy character? I, for one, thought her good looks and crazy personality were an incredibly hot combination.
At the very end when she came home covered in blood and demanded that Affleck take a shower with her, if I was Affleck's character I would've sexed her without mercy....which is all she wanted in the first place.
