Question about bank scene in heat

Why on on the masks after entering the bank and knocking out the 1st guard? Already have been seen.

Not sure what, exactly, your question is asking. But I don't remember any masks in the bank scene.

They put on ski masks after the are in the bank.

Alarms and cameras were disabled 20 minutes before they walked in. It was explained when Deniro bought the job from the blueprint guy.

Nah I've seen it recently and it was kinda dumb. All of them have their masks on to start except Kilmer. He puts his on after they start shooting in the air and everyone has seen him.
Always thought it was weird too.
