This. There was a lot of ambiguity with his and Leia's knowledge of Rey. Maz asks "who's the girl" and then we go to a new screen. That's a prime flashback candidate. I think Leia may have asked him something about her as well, and at the end there was definitely some ambiguity between Rey and Leia's interactions.

I think his voice may be used in a flashback. I doubt he appears on screen. If they want to show something from 10 years ago he can't look the same.
