Campbell is almost the perfect villain. Very well played. You genuinely want to hate him, while simultaneously knowing he is technically the good guy. Very underrated part of the show imo.
Reminds me of Forrest Whitakers role in The Shield

Went on a slight binge last night and made it through Season 2 Episode 3 and am really impressed with this show. Netflix is knocking it out of the park with this one.

Do you like gangster shows/movies?
Like Goodfellas, Sopranos, The Godfather, Casino type stuff? If so, yeah, I love all of those shows/movies.

Paul Anderson absolutely kills in that role.
He steals the show IMHO. When he's on screen you can feel the palpable menace that's he's producing.

Along those lines with a more retro setting and less Italians.
ETA: Maybe comparing it to Boarkwalk Empire with a more "hip" modern mystique to it. It sort of emphasizes the glorification or legend aspect. It isn't exactly intended to be a completely true to life depiction.

Great show. Can't wait for season 3 whenever that is. Cillian Murphy kills it.
Grace is
FYI, it is a BBC show where Netflix acquired the distribution rights in the US.

The tom hardy "contract negotiation" scene cracked me up.
Love how it ended, looking forward to a season 3.

Started the 1E S1 last night. Looks like I'm gonna like it. The era, setting, and subject matter.

Season finale was pretty solid for season two. Tom Hardy was awesome among all the other obvious great characters (Tommy, Arthur, Polly, Campbell).
Looks like mid to late 2015 for Season 3.

Cillian Murphy nailed it. Tommy is an OG.

What is Thomas smoking before he goes to bed? Looks like hash, was that a thing?
Also, that Jew is a mean SOB. He's weird but an interesting character.

Ok. That was my second guess but since it never reemerged as a problem in the show, I started the thinking it may have just been hash.
