I binged watched this today and thought it was great. Its action pieces were on par with DBZ easily. And the way they approached animating the show was clever and perfect for the tone.
I have to say that what I enjoyed most is how, despite the protagonist never once being challenged in any of the fights, it still had some very dramatic moments. Traditional you wonder how the hero will win, but this show just admits that its hero is always going to win. The drama comea instead with rooting for a villain to actually be strong enough to be a match.
For people who complain Superman is a terrible character because he is too OP, a show about a guy who defeats all his enemies with a single punchh may not seem like something you would enjoy, but the parody style of the show makes it worth it.

It works because the show has a tremendous production quality.
It's not a borderline comedy, by the way, it's meant to be a straight gag series with well done action to keep it interesting.
