I think you misread my post. I said it had an original Die Hard feel to it. I didn't say it was as good. I was merely referencing the fact that it didn't go for the PG-13 rating that most action movies try to go for these days, including the newer Die Hards. I was primarily referencing the graphic violence. The "feel" I was referencing was that it was one guy against a lot and they weren't afraid to show head shots and blood splattering every where.

I laughed audibly in the theater over how clichéd and ridiculously bad this movie was.

It was a surprisingly intense movie! I enjoyed it. Sure, parts were stupid...like when Secret Service officers keep running out of the front door of the White House when there was zero chance of survival because they are massively outgunned. I hate to say it but that scene almost became comical.

Otherwise, it was certainly entertaining!
