I think they do a one on one trade and Carol volunteers herself to stay and they let Maggie go. Which makes sense being Maggie shouldn't have been there in the first place, which Carol pointed out (could have all been avoided)..Carol is then taken to Negan's real compound..and the terminus role is reversed where she is hostage and the group has to try and save her.

I don't think the people that have carol Maggie are saviors.
I think it's another separate party, and the dirt bike guy was an escaping prisoner or was just swooping in to loot the bike post raid.

You do realize that was Daryl's bike that the Dwight guy stole from him (along with his crossbow), and not a dirt bike...right? Dwight was trying to get out of Negan's crew, which is why they were hunting him down. I'm guessing that Negan's crew finally caught up to him (either that or Dwight decided he couldn't run, and returned on his own), and that is why that other guy had Daryl's bike. I would be absolutely shocked if they aren't Saviors.
