Julia is going up. I think that a compelling argument for Austin to evict Julia could be made and then James and Austin would just have to get Johnny Mac on board by saying Vanessa was seriously considering putting him back up and sending him to jury
But I don't think Meg and James can see or articulate why it would benefit Austin to eliminate Julia.

You do realize that he put up exactly who he wanted to put up, right? He was in an alliance with the Austwins & Vanessa (Scamper Squad/Freaks & Geeks), so he took a shot at the other group with numbers. That was always his plan.
And this time around, he has stated that his plan is to put up Liz & Austin because they are now at the point in the game where he feels he has to make that move. I'm pretty sure he would do that if it happened right now.

It was easy at the time to forget this because the show hadn't really covered it because they couldn't use the name Freaks and Geeks and Austin's Angels didn't really trust Steve.
But you are right. That move by Steve, while it seemed out of the blue at the time solidified him with his alliance and got out a physical threat from the other side of the house.

Exactly. The tv show didn't even cover the formation of Freaks & Geeks that was formed in week 3 because of the copyright issues with the name. At the time of the DE, Steve thought that alliance was still good (which it was). It wasn't until after that, when the Austwins started wanting to work with the Goblins, and JMac ratted out their final 2 deal, that they started to question Steve and Vanessa. But because he targeted Jackie, that got Steve a lot of brownie points with them, and helped reinforce their alliance.
Austins Angels formed after the DE, and actually during the time that they were plotting against Vanessa with Steve (which shows absurd the formations of these alliance are). But once Vanessa won the veto, their alliance was mended. But that whole plot against her made her realize she needed to convince Steve and JMac to target the Austwins, which they seem to be on board with now. So Steve will probably take a shot at them unless something changes between now and Thursday, which can always happen in the BB house,

The problem is, he joined an alliance where he is the odd man out. He is a fricking idiot. His entire game to this point has been carried and he is nothing but a pawn piece and as soon as his number comes up he is gone. He went after nobodys and even if it was the plan it made very little logical sense.

Yet he potentially could be in the biggest alliance in the House after Thursday. With the person that has been running the house, who also is the rest of the house's biggest target. Steve could potentially win this thing. The DE will either have the remaining Austwin member gunning for Vanessa or Meg and James gunning for the Austwins or Vanessa. He's not in a bad position at all.

There was a clip after the DE happened where he started acting all distraught over the whole ordeal when vanessa and the Austwins walked in the room. Then when they walked back out he looked at the camera and said "about 50% of that was acting"
I think he knew what he was doing. I hate the move he made. But I dont think it was him shitting the bed as much as everyone thinks.
