That episode is exactly what people who dont like SouthPark dont get..... The way Matt and Trey take real life issues and turn them into comedic gold satires

Far more substance than FG

How could anyone think this was a down episode?

Because it was.

It was BY FAR the best of the season, and its not close. This was a classic.

I love how some people will say South Park was awesome no matter what it was about or how bad it was.

It was decent, sure. But easily not on par with the first two episodes.

And it was especially disappointing considering it was a more "Randy-focused" episode.

I thought last night's episode was funny as hell.

Best of this season, and the last, for that matter.

Last week's was good as well.

Second half was much of the same. The chicken thing was pretty funny though.

meh, sometimes they pull it off well and it's actually funny and somewhat clever. other times they fail horribly and it's almost unwatchable. the obama episode was horrible. we get it, you think people celebrating the night obama won was ridiculous. i don't need to watch 4 different 3 minute long scenes of randy yelling who let the obama's out. they ran that shite into the ground. same thing with the episode where they mocked cloverfield

Glad to see someone agrees with me. I think the Mickey Mouse episode is the best overall of this season, but that chicken scene might've been the funniest scene of the season, but overall I just didn't really enjoy the show that much. I love South Park and it's witty humor. I thought the show last night had a good idea but just fell short in making me laugh, to each his own.

See, I think The Coon episode was the best so far.

Either way, it's been a solid season so far with three episodes gone. I just have high standards for shows where Randy is prominent, and last night was decent, but failed to deliver the hilarity I was hoping for, that's all.

Everyone watches South Park now like they are Simon Cowell. I thought last night was funny as hell perfect satire on the toxic assets being compared to the margarita machine. The ending was great with the treasury department and the headless chicken and then Obama getting all the credit in the end.

True. Last night was the first episode I've criticized for as long as I can remember though. I guess the Britney Spears episode was the last one I didn't enjoy, but even that had some funny moments.

does that really deserve a bwahahaha? is it possible that some people find different things funny? I don't think it was the best of the season, but it was still funny so I don't think its outrageous that someone would have that opinion.

I'd rank them #2,#3, #1 so far

I've got them at 3, 2, 1.

I thought that the Jonas Brothers episode was the weakest, by far.

So it's cool for him to have his opinion, but not for me to have mine? Gotcha.

That's how I'd have them as well. But I think 2 is MUCH better than 1 and 3.

I 100% agree here, I just love when they parady religion. I laughed out loud several times and they killed it in end with the chicken and obama. I want a still of the last supper. My electricity went out half way through for about an hour and I started it up again when it came back on. It didn't miss a beat.

I didn't really laugh at your opinion and dismiss it so I don't see how I was telling you not to have an opinion

You criticized my criticalness of his opinion.

Domino effect, BilJ.
