Landrooo's best bet is to promote the hell out of this pitch, and work CBS to schedule a week of shows in New Orleans. That's a real possibility.

Letterman's people supposedly complained about New York being harder to book guests for than Los Angeles and were considering moving the show to LA at one point.
My knee jerk guess is New Orleans would be an even more challenging host site even though I would love for it to come to pass.
