My wife and I checked this film out with low expectations and TBH, it was pretty good. Millie Bobby Brown carried this film in a solid performance. My biggest critique was the GCI was sub par that felt like a early 2000's quality but the story was good.

It's not a classic, but if you've got nothing better to do and want to check out something new to kill a few brain cells give it a look.

Also checked it out with my wife but thought it was pretty “meh”.

Definitely wouldn’t watch again or recommend to anyone but I’ve seen worse movies

We watched it last night and enjoyed it for the most part. The twist was good, although I saw it coming. They managed to create a strong female character who wasn't an annoying "girl boss" type, and Millie Bobby Brown showed that she's got the acting chops to carry a movie.

I think she is great in Enola Holmes.

Cavill as well. We’re about to fire it up here shortly.

Enola Holmes

I've never seen it. Is it worth a watch?

Is that the one where she is Sherlock Holmes' little sister and also solves mysteries?

My least favorite of the three streaming titles to drop this weekend (Ricky Stanicky, Night Shift, Damsel)

I personally liked both equally.

Henry Cavill shows in both that he actually a good actor.

Enjoyed it.

Eye rolling stuff in there but a fun movie.

Not a spoiler or giant critique, but MBB screamed, grunted, and cried more than she had actually dialogue. Coulda toned that down a bit.

I thought that the effects were pretty well done. The dragon was pretty much on par with those in Game of Thrones. I don't think this is really a spoiler, but I enjoyed how they had the dragon spew molten lava more than actual fire.

yes. it's in Heart of Stone, Adam Project, Ricky Stinicky, Triple Frontier, Red Notice vane of "this was an enjoyable movie, and by no means terrible, but i'm glad i didn't pay to see it in theaters."

the amount of GOOD or GREAT straight to streaming movies is a very rare group.

Dude Cavill is fantastic. MI-Fallout, Man From Uncle, Tutors. I hope he continues to spread out and take some more challenging roles.

I think its hilarious when articles talk about Cavill an credits him to Enola Holmes instead of Man Of Steel. They are so Edgy.

Im no gay, but he sure is a handsome man.

i single out his performance on Enola Holmes because 99% of the time you're looking at him being a badass, handsome ladies man, spy, etc. whatever.

Enola Holmes is just him as a character where his braun makes no difference and you really see that he's actually a good actor for actors sake.

and as a super straight dude... yes yes he is a handsome man.
