I might be more excited about X-Men Apocalypse, but then again I'm not a comic book guy.

AoU I was expecting to be good not great. That's about what I'd say it was.

Civil War has potential to be the best Marvel movie yet

Imagine the day when we are going to have to explain to our kids what order they need to watch all these movies...

No no no - Iron man 3 BEFORE Avengers 2 but Winter Soldier BEFORE two as well and Captain America 3 is REALLY Avengers 3 but Avengers 3 is TECHNICALLY the third Avengers...got it? (After muffled response) What about Guardians of the Galaxy???

I'm hopeful because Iron Man vs Hulk was the one thing they didn't screw up in AOU. There's no iconic villian for them to butcher here and maybe they will actually, you know, focus on the film at hand rather than spend so much time setting up movies to come.

Images from the set have arrived. Crossbones looks pretty rad.

I am sure they will find a way to add an extra villain in it.

But Civil war should be slam dunk awesome. its a great theme, and they have set it up pretty well.

I am intrigued how they are going to handle all the cross overs. FF was an integral part of civil war. X:men had a real role in it. Are they just going to gloss over that? What about all the non x:men mutants?

In Warner's defense, no one had any idea that Captain America: Civil War was going to basically be another Avengers movie.

They made the right choice in moving to a month where not a lot of tentpole films release. They will have almost a month all to themselves.

Pro super hero registration vs anti super hero registration basically. Tony Stark is pro and Cap is anti. Avengers split and violence ensues.
