One of the most likeable characters in my short TV history. I was always rooting for the guy. I feel like because he was so flawed and so avergae it was amazing to see him shine.

Who was your favorite FNL character?

Don't really have a favorite. But Julie and Street pissed me off the most at times

ETA: just to clarify, I love the show. I just can't pick a particular favorite.

Loved Saracen! The episode where he buried his dad still makes me tear up thinking about it.

I thought Riggins was the fan favorite around here.

There's so many.. Buddy is a close favorite.

Coach may be my favorite, however, I hated sometimes when he would just tell people to shut up and get all pissed.. and didn't even let them explain a situation.. such as the Riggins putting his daughter to bed.. That whole mess could have been avoided, but then again that was Julie's fault to begin with.

My dad's favorite character is Landry, because he is so pretentious.

Saracen is the most relatable character to the every day guy. When he did well, you figured you might be able to do the same in his situation with the circumstances. When he fricked up, you could understand why and imagine you might have fricked up there as well. Matt Saracen was an exceptional character.

Saracen easily. "Everybody leaves me" and "I hate him, I don't like hating people" are two of the best scenes I have ever had the pleasure of viewing.

Where's the love for Santiago from season 2?

That was actually one of the more effective season 2 storylines, as opposed to Lyla's Christian music DJ tenure, the murder, Landry and Tyra , Julie and the Swede, etc etc

Always wonder what happened to ol Santiago

Yup. I understand the desire to just dismiss all of the bullshite from S2, but Santiago was a legitimately engaging storyline. Although Lyla's part of it was pretty lame.
