I would be completely on board with them making the entire advertising campaign out to seem like it's a romantic comedy just to frick with people. That would be classic Deadpool, a great troll and in keeping with the spirit of Deadpool.

Its been reported that the budget for Deadpool is extraordinarily low(50ish mil). Even with marketing costs, it should be no less than around $100 million, and that should be beaten by the domestic total, and the world wide total should make it a nice profit.

I've said it over and over again, but I've never seen a single comic/superhero movie in the theaters. I don't even really care about the genre.

I'm chomping at the bits to see this based on the trailers and marketing alone.

I dont think they're over saturating, but if they are, they are doing it right. Its not a bunch of trailers or little clips from the movie, its just deadpool being deadpool. 12 days of deadpool at Christmas was hilarious and this is funny as shite as well.
