About to get this thing started. Hopefully they don’t kill off a main villain halfway through the season again.

Just finished it. I like the tone, it seems like this season is gonna be darker.

Can I get a rating compared to all the other marvel shows on Netflix?

The way Bushmaster killed that guy in Episode 1 with the knife. What the frick?!!

I like how, unlike Jessica Jones Season 2 they are immediately addressing the consequences of Defenders.

Yeah, he’s shaping up to be a badass villain. A good replacement for cottonmouth.

I’ll always view killing off cotton mouth as one of the dumbest things in Netflix history.

Such a damn good villain.

Finished episode 1 and I really can't stand Shades' character. Hoping this season is stronger than the first.

Watching the second episode: the Michael Smith and Jamelle Hill cameo was cringeworthy.

I didn’t realize Colter is married to a Netflix executive. I doubt Luke cage will be cancelled anytime soon.

2 episodes in and it's much more violent and visceral than season 1 was.

They're really shitting on Misty this season...although I'm a big fan of the Daughters of the Dragon dynamic they're building up to.

Ok, Bushmaster is an AWESOME villain.

I just started episode 6. I agree with Misty, but I’m sure they’ll redeem her soon. Yeah Bushmaster is gonna be a problem for Luke. Also the amount of Sweet Christmas’s is fantastic.

I really hope that neither Luke Cage nor Iron Fist get a Season 3.

Instead, I want to see Heroes For Hire Season 1.

They’ve made a few references already. It’ll be interesting to see what they are working towards.

They definitely went Daugters of the Dragon heavy in episode 3. They even had Misty wearing red.

If I were head of Marvel, I would have either Director Johnson, Captain Marvel or Bucky Barnes show up at the end of season 1 of Heroes for Hire and unofficially sanction them as a “farm league” for the Avengers, having Luke and Danny train them.

On episode 8 and I’m enjoying this season. It feels well balanced, the villain is solid, and I don’t feel like I’ve seen a complete waste of an episode yet.

No spoilers but the Claire part of the story was done well.

I finished it this morning. Overall I thought the season was great. It kind of dragged at parts, but that seems to happen with Netflix Marvel shows. They definitely could go with a hero’s for hire season, and I wouldn’t be upset. The character development was the part of the season, and you could see everyone grow this season.

The second episode was one of the worst directed pieces of shite Ive ever seen. It was like it was directed by a bad soap opera director. The awkward close ups. The bad music during regular conversations in the prescient. Really bad dialogue and acting by the police department.

Also, what the hell is Alfrie Woodard going for? Is it just bad acting, or is the character in the early stages of parkinsons? Its bad and distracting.

On the bright side, the new bad dude is pretty awesome. He just has this look to him that is scary.
