Notice he was wearing a cast on the leg that got injured when he fell into the well.
Very consistent with what happened to Ben when he turned the wheel.
But, how can he walk now that he's off the island, did it heal him permanently?

Just realized though, he wasn't wearing the cast when Jack put the shoes on him in the casket...
I guess the funeral director removed it.

The O6 were off the island for 3 years, who knows when in that time Locke got off the island. Plenty of time for the leg the heal though I'm sure.

Pretty interesting theory on the whole Claire vision telling Kate "do not bring him back" and Charlie telling Jack "you aren't supposed to raise him" when we originally saw this it was thought this was meant for Aaron but could it be for Locke instead and why?????

Shows Locke talking to Jack and Kate. Ben telling Locke he needs him. Locke about to hang himself. Of course, we have no idea how this actually plays out.

Goes along nicely with Christian telling Locke he was suppose to turn the wheel rather than Ben. I guess Jacob wanted Locke gone, not Ben.
