Why don't you just copy and paste the choices into your OP?

I'll help you out; here is the bulk of the options:

Premieres --
MockingJay Part 1
Intersteller
Horrible Bosses 2
Wild
Imitation Game
The Theory of Everything
Foxcatcher

Recent Releases-
The Judge
The Maze Runner
Foxcatcher
The Skeleton Twins

My suggestions -- Intersteller, The Judge, The Maze Runner -- in that order. You'll be wide awake for the first. Probably will get sleepy for the second. Will take naps during the third.

I haven't seen any of the others on the list above.

To his defense, there really isn't a "list". It's a form that gets submitted and the results are mostly pictures in a grid. Not the best for copy/paste.

Mocking Jay was better than Maze Runner. I haven't seen Fox Catcher or Theory of Everything, but I'd pass on Theory of Everything as it seems to be a nerded up rom-dram biopic (I know Imitation game is similar, but at least it's about WWII). If you really like Reese Witherspoon, Wild may be worth the watch.

On international flights, I usually try to put action/adventure first. Pop-corn flicks in the middle (so I can nap, and restart without really missing anything)... comedy on the last third of the flight to help keep me awake. For me personally, funnier movies can keep me awake better than anything else.

Coming back from Doha -- you want to sleep as little as possible. Try to arrive in Houston completely exhausted. It'll help you get back on track.

ETA, I also do a lot of binge watching GoT... I finally knocked out Season 4 on a recent trip to Abu Dhabi.

And read a book suggestion is good too. Harry Bosch and Jack Reacher have made a lot of international flights with me.

I'd say, if you want to stay awak, start with something like Foxcatcher or Wild, move your way into Imitation Game, then Mockingjay to doze a litte, then Interstellar to get your heart going and finally Horrible Bosses 2 to put you in a good, but exhausted, mood.

Thanks everyone! Yeah, I have a few books but SO isn't a big movie watcher so I use these trips to get some watching done. Also, it isn't that I want to stay awake, it is usually just a certainty that I will stay up due to being excited to be home and for the fact that it helps me readjust faster.
