Kirk Cameron’s ‘Saving Christmas’ is IMDB’s worst film of all time

Kirk Cameron’s attempt to help boost audience ratings for his film Saving Christmas has failed yet again.
Not only does the film have a 0 percent approval rating among professional critics on Rotten Tomatoes, it is now the most poorly rated film on the Internet Movie Database, meriting only 1.3 stars out of 10.
In order to appear on the list, a film “must have received at least 1,500 votes,”

The reason for the abysmal reviews could be that, as the Times‘ Ben Kenigsberg noted, Cameron’s delivery in the film is so forced “you half expect the camera to pull back to reveal hostage takers.” Or because, in the words of MLive’s John Serba, “Cameron’s preferred tool of engagement is a prybar, applied to your eyelids with an indelicate hand.”

That might be the most awesome jab at a movie I've ever read

The Holy Spirit isn't subtle.

Worse than this?
But seriously, Kirk needs to realize that his hardcore bible thumping schitck is turning people off and I'm sure that's playing a role in failures like this movie.

fricking pathetic.
On November 20, Cameron responded to the negative reviews by posting on his Facebook page He wrote, "Help me storm the gates of Rotten Tomatoes. All of you who love Saving Christmas – go rate it at Rotten Tomatoes right now and send the message to all the critics that WE decide what movies we want our families see."The attempt resulted in a severe backlash in which Internet users traveled to the Rotten Tomatoes page and condemned the film.

I think it's just his belief system and life mission at this point. He's simply a crazy evangelist at this point.

The Jesus hate grows stronger.
Keep fighting the good fight, Kirk!!

I doubt Ebert would have wasted his time on Kirk Cameron. The guy's the epitome of ignorant, misinformed America, giving him any attention is a mistake as crazies like him misinterpret it as validation.

His movies cost next to nothing to make so they usually turn a decent profit. This negative publicity is still publicity and will get people to watch it, though not for the reasons Kirk intended.

He's such a delusional bastard that's letting his insane social conservatism be everything that comes out of his mouth.
