Must be sober. While I was at Tulane he was in front of my house smashed as shite and he just wrecked his Mercedes into some car. Cops let him leave the scene when Ronnie lamarque swooped by to pick him up in a new Mercedes

He had a legendary cocaine habit when he was hanging with Dennis Quaid - if they were shooting a movie somewhere, the price of cocaine was actually affected. If they had ever made a film with Jack Nicholson during that time, there would have been actual shortages.
But, he then switched to booze - and got out of hand with that habit. Hate it for the guy, as he seems like a geniune nice guy in Hollywood.

He looks good but I wonder if he did it the easy way by having some weight loss/band surgery or actually diet and exercise ?

I'm not hating on doing what you want to do, but if you're ruled by your addictions (slaves to them) and they negatively impact your life, as has happened to him a couple of times, I'm offering a little sympathy.

He wasn't sober in 2007. He wa royally shite faced maybe it was spring 2008

How have they not incorporated him into Big Bang Theory? They really dropped the ball not making him Penny's dad.
