Agree with you on Sicario. I avoided it for a long time not knowing anything about it but on a night with nothing else on I watched it. Damn good movie. Will probably watch it again with headphones. Missed some conversations while watching due to distractions here in the house.

Just watched it tonight. Thought it was damn good. Definitely one of the better movies I've seen in a while. The whole autism aspect applied to an action hero was cool.

The Accountant is really good. Some nice twists. Some you see coming, some you don't. Don't waste your time with Girl on a Train.

Not a very believable movie, but it will entertain you if you are bored
Watched it last night. This was my opinion.

I thought it was pretty good actually.

No, didn't care for it. The twist at the end was fricking lame.

It felt like two separate movies put together to make one very mediocre film.
Agreed

I enjoyed the hell out of it. Liked the character and think it lends itself to a series.

Around the 5th Corp tax return he filled out I was getting bored. Bruh, use MACRS, not sum of years on that real property.

10-page fan threads about John Wick and a tepid reaction to The Accountant?
Don't hesitate to check it out. It's equal parts fun, thrilling, and silly.

It's almost as if one of those movies is clearly better than the other...

If you liked him in The Town, you will enjoy this.

I don't think it was 3/10 bad but maybe 5-6/10. Would have been better if Batman and Punisher hadn't both had a mom named Martha at the end.

I agree. I am terrible at seeing plot twists coming. I predicted both of the ones for this movie.
The premise was really dumb. The flashbacks were very distracting. The twists were telegraphed. The girl wasn't hot.
Some decent action though. Old boy loved his headshots.

It's one of the best stealth-Batman movies ever.

I thought it was great, not a dramatic masterpiece but if you want state of the art Hollywood entertainment, it does everything a movie should do.
