Field of Dreams
About Time (I think this would fit this category)
Pursuit of Happyness (even though Jaden Smith is a total loon now)
Sure there are many more I am missing.

Neither one of them are explicitly father and son movies, but the two movies I used to watch with my Dad are Kelly's Heroes and The Godfather. I guess the Godfather is at least a movie about family.
